The audio release event of Thalapathy Vijay’s ‘Leo’ was scheduled to be held in Chennai on September 30th. Set construction was underway at the Nehru Stadium when the event was called off suddenly due to excessive tickets demand according to the producers. Vijay fans were shocked beyond words as they were expecting to witness Vijay’s speech. It was a consolation to them when the team announced that the trailer of the film will be released on October 5th.
Now as fans are eagerly awaiting the release of ‘Leo’ trailer more disappointing news has come out regarding it. Wheneve the trailers of Vijay films are released, a giant screen will be set up in the parking lot of the famous Rohini Theater in Chennai where they will be screened to thousands of Vijay fans.
According to that tradition it was planned to screen the trailer of ‘Leo’ tomorrow at the Koyambedu Rohini Theater in the parking area. However when the theater management sought permission from the Koyambedu police station the officials advised to approach the Commissioner of Police.
Now a question mark is hovering over whether the Chennai Commissioner of Police will give permission for the screening of the ‘Leo’ trailer at Rohini Theatre premises. ‘Leo’ directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj with music by Anirudh is releasing worldwide on October 19th. The film stars Vijay, Sanjay Dutt, Trisha, Priya Anand, Madonna Sebastian, Mansoor Ali Khan, Mysskin, Gautham Vasudev Menon and Action King Arjun among others.
